The order must include these informations:
- description of the article and its quantity
- name and surname
- address (with zip code)
- phone/fax number and e-mail address

Please don’t make any money transfer before contacting us for an estimate of shipping costs.

Shipment and delivery times

For shipments abroad we use the ordinary postal service, the express mail service or a courier service.
Customers must pay in advance: cash on delivery payment is not possible.
Times of delivery may vary according to the kind of shipment (ordinary, express mail, courier).

Payment

The estimate will include packing and shipping charges and the total price of the articles ordered.
Please remember that money wire fee should be on your charge.
