The city of the Gonzagas celebrated the debut of a car destined to define an era. In a deeply meaningful presentation, the brand with the four rings chose Mantua to unveil the most extreme street-legal car in its history, dedicated to the unforgettable Tazio Nuvolari.

A Bridge Between Heritage and Innovation

The event came to life within the historic halls of Palazzo Te. In the Courtyard of Honor, in a captivating generational face-off, the new custom-built supercar was displayed alongside the legendary Auto Union Type D—the exact same car that drove Nuvolari to victory at the Monza circuit in 1938. The tribute then continued among the memorabilia at the Nuvolari Museum, evoking the daring spirit of a racer who lives on today in the lines of this supercar.

The Sanctuary of Speed: Emotions at the Nuvolari Museum

Following the spectacular unveiling at Palazzo Te, the Audi delegation and the press experienced an authentic emotional pilgrimage as they crossed the threshold of the Nuvolari Museum. Welcomed by Director Giuseppe Pottocar and the President of ACI Mantova, Alberto Marenghi, the guests immersed themselves in the beating heart of the driver's epic legacy. Inside the evocative spaces of the former Carmelino church, the legend comes to life: among gleaming cups, medals, and countless trophies, it is the champion’s most intimate memorabilia that truly captures the eye. Standing out is the unmistakable yellow jersey and, above all, the famous golden turtle, the inseparable amulet gifted to him by Gabriele D'Annunzio in 1932 with the memorable dedication: "To the fastest man, the slowest animal." Through these personal objects, the journalists could touch firsthand the audacity, the madness, and the charisma of an immortal legend. It is by breathing in this very same audacity that one fully understands the spirit inspiring the lines and the soul of the new supercar with the four rings.

Born from just 405 days of development, the car represents the brand's ultimate engineering expression:
-Hybrid Mechanics: An absolute first for the company is the all-carbon-fiber bodywork, which houses a powerful 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 supported by three electric motors.

-Track Numbers: The mid-engine layout unleashes an incredible 1,001 HP, pushing the vehicle beyond 217 mph (350 km/h) and blasting from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just two seconds flat.

-F1 Technology: Standouts include the Audi Ceramic Pro brakes and a refined active aerodynamics system, featuring a rear wing adjustable directly from the steering wheel, fine-tuned thanks to the experience of drivers like Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto.

An Entirely Italian Soul

The Italian tricolor isn't just in the Mantuan champion's name. The body's shapes were penned by Chief Creative Officer Massimo Frascella, while the driving dynamics were perfected on the famous high-speed ring of Nardò.

Positioned in a price range between 500,000 and 600,000 euros, this hypercar will be produced in a strictly limited series of just 499 units. A pure collector's item, born to project the timeless myth of Tazio Nuvolari into the future of motoring.
